MEET THE ARTIST
Daniel Salorio
Daniel Salorio, descendant of a family with a rich pictorial tradition, is a contemporary sculptor whose work transforms natural elements –
pods, seeds, branches, and leaves – into striking, evocative forms. Inspired by the ingenious designs of plants, he collects and reinterprets them in his studio, creating compositions that blend botanical intelligence with artistic imagination.
His sculptures have been regularly exhibited in Madrid and are included in the Antonio Pérez Foundation museum in Cuenca alongside works by Tapies, Barceló, and Saura.
